Tiger Lily by Encke remains one of the very few fully organic flower studios in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. We love the summer because of the availability of a wide assortment of locally grown organic summer flowers. Like the summer itself, they are a bit more ephemeral, so we take special delight in welcoming their arrival. Sunflowers, sweet pea, celosia, lavender, safflower, decorative grasses of all kinds, hydrangeas that look like they could have been stolen from the neighbors yard (!) - we enjoy them all.
